This Magnificent villa is situated in a sought after residential area close to the old town in Puerto del Carmen. The villa boasts fantastic views across the countryside to the mountains, sea and neighbouring island of Fuerteventura. It was built by an architect for his own personal use and has since been reformed for holiday rental with the guests pleasure and convenience in mind. The Oasis del Risco is spacious, bright and decorated to a very high standard with a large tropical garden which can be enjoyed from the 2 levels of the house. Both inside and outside are very pleasing to the eye with plenty of different areas for sitting and relaxing

Ground Level

Grand wooden double doors which lead to the upper level of the house surrounded by large windows. There is an area for socialising and dining with dining table to seat 6 and ornate cabinets; further relaxation area with comfortable sofas; balcony around tropical garden leading to kitchen area . The oval swimming pool 1.00m shallow and 1.80m deep (heated during the winter months) is surrounded by attractive, mature tropical gardens. There are uninterrupted mountain and sea views from the sun terrace which are furnished with patio furniture, sunbeds and portable BBQ.

Other activities include a pool table, table tennis and computer with unlimited free internet access table

Maid service is provided twice weekly
