Constructed in 2007 this small complex of stylish modern apartments are situated in the heart of the old town of Puerto del Carmen. This is an ideal location with all the resort amenities close at hand and the sea shore just a minutes stroll away. There are picturesque views of the old town square, harbour and breathtaking sea views across to the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura. The balcony is the perfect place to relax and watch the world go by. The old town is well known for its abundance of fresh fish restaurants, cosy bars and the sandy cove of Playa Chica where you can dive, snorkel or just soak up the sun.
The 2 bedroom apartments sleep up to 4 and comprise:
Entrance to comfortable lounge with sofa, armchair, coffee table, flat screen satellite TV (limited channels), entry phone and patio doors leading to balcony overlooking the sea/harbour and furnished with patio table and chairs; american style modern fitted kitchen with electric oven/hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine, iron and ironing board; hallway leading to double bedroom with fitted wardrobes; separate bathroom with washbasin, toilet and walk in shower; twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes.
Bathing in the sea is popular from the rocks nearby or the Playa Chica beach which is a 10 minute stroll. The attractive Fariones sports centre which offers a large pool and sunbathing terraces, pool bar, Italian restaurant, gym, sauna, tennis, padel tennis and squash court is approximately 15 minutes walk (there is a small entrance charge to use the facilities).
The apartments are located on the first and second floors with access by stairs. There is also a communal garage for off street parking.
Maid service is provided twice weekly.
