This modern villa situated in a quiet location of Los Mojones retains some of the classic features of the island, surrounded by a traditional lava rock wall, and well kept tropical gardens. Away from the hustle and bustle of the resort, a 20 minute stroll will bring you to the Old Town square which is surrounded by a number of recommended restaurants with views of the harbour and traditional fishing boats. The evening brings a change in ambiance as the local music bars bring to life this part of the resort. For beaches you can choose between the sandy cove in the old town or the long sandy beaches of the new town, where you will find everything you need to compliment your holiday. The villa sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and comprises: Large wooden entrance door to bright spacious lounge, comfortable leather sofas and traditional leather easy chair, coffee table, Satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player; open plan dining area with glass table to seat six; modern spacious fully fitted cream coloured kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, double patio doors from kitchen and dining area leading to terrace with built in BBQ; open utility area with washing machine and drying area; hallway with enclosed feature tropical garden leading to bedrooms; 2 brightly furnished twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes; separate bathroom with twin hand basins, full bath/shower, toilet and bidet; master double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading out to separate terrace and garden; en suite bathroom with washbasin, toilet. The 7 meter x 4 meter rectangular pool with roman style steps, acclimatised during the winter months, is surrounded by an ample sun bathing terrace furnished with sun loungers, patio table and chairs.There is also a outdoor jacuzzi that seats up to 4 people. Maid service is provided twice weekly

Prices shown are for 4 people sharing. Plus £100 for every extra person  to a maximum of 6 people. We can arrange your Flights, Car Hire and Airport transfers too.
